The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 12.1.2. By completing these steps to change this setting you will be turning off the sounds that play when you press buttons like fast forward, skip, rewind, etc. and you have headphones connected.
Step 1: Open the Spotify app.
Step 2: Choose the Your Library tab at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
In newer versions of the Spotify app you will need to choose the Home tab instead to find the gear icon.
Step 3: Select the gear icon at the top-right of the screen.
Step 4: Touch the Playback option.
Step 5: Scroll down and tap the button to the right of Play Feedback Sounds to turn it off.
