How to Clear Formatting in Outlook 2013
The steps in this article will assume that you are writing an email message in Outlook 2013, and that incorrect formatting is applied to part of that email. This happens most frequently when you are copying and pasting information from other locations into the body of an email message. The result of removing this formatting is that the selected text will revert to the default font that is used when you type new email messages. Step 1: Open your email in Outlook 2013. Step 2: Use your mouse to highlight the text in the email body for which you wish to clear the formatting. If you want to select the entire body of the message, then click somewhere within the email body, then press Ctrl + A on your keyboard. Step 3: Click the Message tab at the top of the window.
