Adjust Nike Watch Lap Length
One of the most useful things about the Nike GPS watch are the audible beeps that it produces when you complete a lap. This provides a good method for knowing roughly how far you are running, without actually having to look at your watch. You can learn how to change the lap length on the Nike GPS watch to modify the intervals at which these beeps occur. Step 1: Launch the Nike Connect software on your computer. if you are prompted to update the software, you should perform the update before proceeding. Additionally, if you have not uploaded all of the run data from your watch, then this upload will also need to occur before you can access the Nike watch Settings menu. Step 2: Click the Settings drop-down menu at the bottom of the window.
Step 3: Click Laps & Intervals at the bottom of the column on the left side of the window.
Step 4: Check the Auto Laps option at the center of the window. Step 5: Type the number of miles, kilometers, meters or minutes at which you want the intervals to occur, then click the drop-down menu to the right of that number and choose the unit of measure that you want to use.
Click Close at the bottom of the window, then disconnect the watch from your computer.
