The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 11 in iOS 13.3.1. Note that you can always increase or decrease the volume using the buttons on the left side of the device. Step 1: Touch the Settings icon. Step 2: Choose the Music option from the menu. Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the menu and choose the Volume Limit option. Step 4: Move the slider to the left to set the volume limit for the iPhone.
