If you too are still anxiously waiting for your Odisha CHSE Arts Results 2020, you can now head on to the Odisha Higher Education Results portal. The page also hosts links for the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha as well as for the specific ShriJagannath Sanskrit Vishwavidyalya in the state.
Steps to check out your CHSE Arts Results 2020 on Odisha Results Page:
Go to orissaresults.nic.inStudents will see three categories of results for CHSE, Odisha;BSE, Odisha and SJSV.Click on the Annual CHSE Examination (+2 Arts) – 2020 option placed under CHSE, Odisha.A new CHSE Arts Results 2020 tab will appear.The page will ask you to enter details for verification before showing results.Enter your exam Roll No. and Registration No. in the respective fields.You will also see a small cache image with some printed text. Enter this text as it is in the below field.Click Submit to complete verification. Your CHSE Class 12th Arts stream result has now appeared on the screen.
Students can also visit the CHSE website homepage to check out their Class 12th results. They will see a ‘View Results’ link in a reddish coloured box below the featured image. The link will also take you to the same Odisha Results portal. Notably, a total of 1,48,452 students cleared the Class 12thArts stream exam this year. Traditionally, the Odisha Counsil of Higher Education releases Class-12th results in June. However, the ongoing health crisis due to COVID-19 led to an inevitable delay.

Moreover, in the light of the pandemic, the government also announced some relief for students who could not appear for the exam. These students will be awarded marks on the basis of the new special assessment scheme. The scheme notes that for a student who has appeared in more than three examinations, an average score of best three subjects will be considered. On the other hand, if a student could appear only in three papers, final score will be calculated on the basis of best two subjects. The Council of Higher Secondary Education in the state has already announced the +2 results for the science and commerce stream. State reported a passing percentage of 72.33 per cent and 74.95 per centin the CHSE 12thScience and Commerce Results 2020 respectively.
